MF HPV is a real time PCR screening kit for 41 types of HPV. Amplification curves and melting curve peaks are available for analysis, providing excellent sensitivity and fast, acccurate results. Features melting curve peak analysis with the use of SYBR Green and excellent ROX reference dye compatibilty to increase the precision level of the test. Compatible with most real time PCR instruments on the market today. The MF HPV screening kit provides results in just under 4 hours for same day turnaround times and works with the following two specimen types: swab specimen or liquid based cytology specimen.

Results show amplification and melting curve peaks for the 41 types of HPV DNA. Cost effective and quick verification of the presence of HPV, positive specimens can be followed up with our genotyping test kits for HPV type identification.
